Its location is excellent and perfect in the central square. And it's nestled in a very comfortable building not far from restaurants, Kettering town centre and the railway station.

Pleasant overnight stay, as always. Immaculately clean hotel, attentive staff, good and excellent location in the middle of the city. Location just off the city centre, restaurants and the railway station.

Had a great one-night stay! Room was cozy, with adorable vintage touches like sweet China cups. Breakfast was fantastic-perfectly cooked and served hot. Just a slight musty smell in the common areas could be improved. Highly recommend this charming spot!

Unfortunately, noise was a major issue, with sounds from the room below clearly audible. The en suite felt outdated and could use some refurbishment. The overall musty scent lingering in the air was quite off-putting. Further, the variety of breakfast sauces served was lacking, and I was left wishing for something more interesting than the cheap tasting sachets provided.

The owner was super friendly and made sure we felt welcome. The breakfast was delicious, and we took a fun stroll to the nearby parks with lovely lakes and attractions that entertained the entire family.
My wife says that a small play area for kids would be great.

The charming decor, reminiscent of a bygone era, created a cozy atmosphere, and the lovely vintage touches, like the sweet chinaware, added a special flair. Breakfast was a good experience with perfectly cooked servings and an array of options. A lingering musty smell in the room detracted from the overall experience, and the dampness in some areas was somewhat off-putting. Some common areas could benefit from a refreshing update as well.
